OVERVIEW
The objective of this project was to create a new digital experience for Southern California Edison's commercial customers. Initially, SCE only had a digital experience for their residential customers, and all commercial customers had to use their call center to manage all of their tasks. My role was to lead a team of 5 designers through the 6-month project.
The work began with extensive research into the client's business and current experience. This included conducting a heuristic analysis of their existing site, interviewing employees across a broad spectrum of positions, compiling journey and empathy maps, and ultimately high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
