My name is Jack Florczyk and I have 9+ years of design experience in the tech industry. I have worked for startups and design agencies, creating digital products, websites, and design systems from the ground up. Most recently at Wongdoody, I specialized in visual product design, with a focus on redesigning digital products for our clients, making them more current and positioned for growth. I have been the Founding Product Designer and First Product Designer for multiple Startups. My leadership has extended across several key areas: I have led teams, established new design teams for startups and larger corporate entities, built products from scratch, and shipped beautiful amazing experiences. Along the way, I've had the privilege of designing products for digital marketplaces, traditional eCommerce, and Web3 as well as collaborating with major brands such as John Hancock, Verizon, TIAA, ConEdison, and many others.
